Reach out to the person who invited you to Memento. They manage the system and can help with most questions.

If something isn’t working, it’s helpful to share: - What device you’re using - What you were trying to do - What you expected to happen

No need to troubleshoot on your own.

You’re not bothering anyone

Memento was set up to help family. Questions are part of that.
